K & M Rentals was a wonderful business to work with. They delivered & picked up the scooter at the house in which I was staying. I hired a transformer for my Aunts UK folderable mobility scooter and it worked brilliantly. I had also recommended the company to my friend that was visiting and she had no issues whatsoever with her scooter. Unbeknownst to us I ended up with severe hip and knee issues so went and hired a scooter for myself for two weeks. These scooters are so easy to use, reliable and comfy. The staff and company are efficient, very welcoming and so helpful. Very friendly employees, they explained everything to me, and they showed me how to disassemble the ECV, actually, they trained me 😊 , their ECV is almost new and well maintained, the one I got I used for a week every day and charged it at night, used it for a full day at the park and the battery level was always full. Also, I didn’t have to book one, I went there to check it and it was available ECV was really easy to disassemble and assemble and fit in the car.
