K & M Mobility Scooter Rentals is a minority owned business that has been in operation since 1993. The Company founder Mary Brodie originally from Great Britain was representing a British Tour Operator for 2 years in Orlando, meeting and greeting her overseas guests, arranging park tickets, transportation and daily operations for their visit in Orlando, Florida. This was when she realized there was a need for a more specialized equipment rental company in Orlando and Kissimmee to offer a variety of rentals to guests arriving from Overseas and the USA. It was from this idea and a lot of hard work from Mary’s loyal employees that K&M has grown to become one of the top equipment rental companies in Orlando and Kissimmee.

It was Mary’s focus on Customer Service and Quality Rental Equipment that allowed her company to survive several downturns in the tourist economy. Her spirit and drive is also shared by all her employees, which has given the company a family feel. It is the warmth and personal relationships that make a company succeed through the good times, but most importantly through the hard times. I had also recommended the company to my friend that was visiting and she had no issues whatsoever with her scooter. Unbeknownst to us I ended up with severe hip and knee issues so went and hired a scooter for myself for two weeks. These scooters are so easy to use, reliable and comfy. They answered all my questions and it was easy to make a reservation. Due to a change in plans, they graciously accommodated my delivery location and pick-up time, which was a huge help for me. Very friendly employees, they explained everything to me, and they showed me how to disassemble the ECV, actually, they trained me 😊 , their ECV is almost new and well maintained, the one I got I used for a week every day and charged it at night, used it for a full day at the park and the battery level was always full. Also, I didn’t have to book one, I went there to check it and it was available ECV was really easy to disassemble and assemble and fit in the car.
